Practice Areas
Dasha moved to Montana from New York City in 2016 and has been practicing a wide range of civil litigation for a decade. She is a constitutional law nerd and has briefed cases and devised amicus strategies at the appellate level, including in the Montana Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Most recently, she worked on behalf of plaintiffs in the class action National Prescription Opiate Litigation. Nevertheless, these days Dasha is most focused on assisting individuals with legal challenges and working towards equal access to legal representation for all Montanans.
In her other life, Dasha teaches yoga and writes short fiction. She was born in Minsk, Belarus and is fluent in Russian.
