Samantha is a General Practice Attorney and the Family Law Litigator at WFJ. Samantha’s number one goal is to guide people through the legal process in a compassionate and supportive manner.

With her experience in complex divorce trials, spousal maintenance calculations, child custody matters, child support hearings, and domestic abuse cases, she can help you through your family law issue. As most family law matters are settled through negotiation, Samantha’s background as a former Rule 114 qualified mediator can help you avoid costly hearings and trials.

As a General Practice Attorney, Samantha helps people with a wide variety of issues from business formation, landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, and name changes. Samantha takes pride in serving small business owners and people from all backgrounds to promote equal access to justice.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys cooking, hiking, and watching crime dramas. She is very involved in the local and national legal community. Samantha serves on the Board of the Ramsey County Bar Association’s New Lawyer Section, as well as the Board for the Minnesota Statewide Alumni Chapter for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, where she networks with attorneys and legal professionals all over Minnesota & the world.
