Practice Areas
George Hiller is an associate in Wagner Falconer & Judd LTD.’s Minneapolis office, where he handles a variety of complex business, employment, personal injury, commercial collections, real estate, and construction litigation matters on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining the firm, George worked in Florida as a civil defense litigator for a Florida-based law firm handling complex first-party property matters and a prominent national civil defense firm handling a variety of first-party, construction, subrogation, and general liability litigation matters.
George is a graduate of the Stetson University College of Law, where he interned with the Civil and Appellate Divisions of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida which provided him with extensive exposure to federal litigation in several different practice areas. George was an involved member of the Stetson Dispute Resolution/Negotiation Team and the first-place finisher in William & Mary’s 2018 National Invitational Negotiation Tournament. He also served as a teaching fellow for both Federal Civil Procedure and Federal Pre-Trial Practice. George received his undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.
