Practice Areas

Bridget joined Wagner, Falconer & Judd in 2024 and focuses her practice on management side labor and employment law matters. Specifically, Bridget advises her clients on employment issues such as hiring, ADA and reasonable accommodations, leave laws, employee discipline and termination, and wage and hour issues. She also drafts and advises on employee handbooks, policies and other employment contracts. Prior to joining the firm, Bridget externed at the Illinois Supreme Court and practiced insurance defense and labor law in Chicago. She was also a member of the Review of Intellectual Property Law during law school. Bridget currently sits as a board member on the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council where she assists with continuing legal education seminars and mentors law students. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Illinois.

When not practicing law, Bridget enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and staying active through pickleball and volleyball.
