Maria Shatonova is an Associate Attorney at WFJ-where she assists our business partners with Employment Law needs and serves as a provider for The Compliance Center. Her practice focuses on employer compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maria works closely with her clients on minimizing risk and exposure to potential litigation in discrimination and retaliations cases. She also drafts and advises on employee handbooks, separation agreements, noncompete and other employment contracts.
