Attorneys interested in joining WFJ’s Consultation and Preferred Referral Program must hold an active license to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and/or Montana and remain in good standing with their respective bar associations.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of law firm experience, demonstrated expertise in their practice areas, and maintain appropriate professional liability (malpractice) insurance coverage.
Participation also requires agreement to the program’s terms, including referral protocols, fee arrangements, and professional standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service for clients.
